

We have enjoyed Multi window (Multi-tasking) features in our PC’s and we would like to do the same with our android smartphone but Google has not added this feature yet. On other hand Samsung users are having this feature to use Multi window.
The Xposed Framework developers have create a Xposed module called XMultiWindow to allow any android devices (Moto E, Moto X, and Moto G) which is rooted to get this Multi window function.
Your Android device Should be ROOTED
This that you need:
- Any Rooted android phone.
- Xposed Framework.
- An android app called MultiWindowSidebar.
Instructions:
Setting up Xposed Framework and XMultiWindow module
Install the Xposed Framework in your android phone with Super User rights.
Click Download section in the Xposed installer and search for “XMultiWindow” and download the latest version (XMultiWindow 1.6.0).
After installing head to the Modules session of the Xposed installer and put a tick over the check box of the XMultiWindow.
Now go to the Framework session of the Xposed installer and click soft reboot to activate the module and the Xposed Framework.
Setting up MultiWindowSidebar.
Now select the apps you like to do Multi-tasking with the select apps menu.
Click the Drag launch mode and select XMultiWindow. Similarly click tap launch mode and select XMultiWindow (Top).
Doing Multi-tasking/Multi window
Click the play button on the top right side of the MultiWindowSidebar. Drag any app to the top and the bottom of the split screen.
Note: current only selected apps work with XMultiWindow.
